Digital Artist

I'm AstrayedHannah, or simply Hannah! I'm a digital artist with a passion of making people's dream images come true.

My name is AstrayedHannah and I have been drawing for over 14 years now! Been working on my art digitally since I was 13 years old, and I started selling it on Pokefarm.net back in 2010! I have been working on art since. My goal is to be able to live off my art full time, as it is my passion. I love making art for others more than myself, and that is because I love people's characters! It's always fun to see what people come up with in their heads for characters and world building! It's amazing how creative so many people are, and for me I suck at writing, so I express myself with art.

When I first started art I started to be able to draw the characters I had in my head. I wanted to see them on paper, and eventually I did just that. It was an amazing feeling when I started finally becoming more comfortable with my art, and it began to turn out more how I wanted it. Art is just an amazing thing over all, and I cannot express how much I love it with words... because I suck at writing. I especially love role playing with my friends and drawing our ocs doing silly things. That's always been a favorite thing of mine to do.

In High School (2011!) I started getting more serious about my art. I was a huge fan of Katekyo Hitman Reborn at the time (and still am to this day), and wanted to draw my characters and the characters from the show... so I did. It was a fun way to improve, but eventually I burnt out all the same because I wasn't improving rapidly. It sucked at first. I felt I was falling behind my friend at the time, and she wouldn't necessarily give nice critique about things, so... I was kinda lost on what to do. Eventually, her comments made me strive to get better, and I persevered and began learning basics and fundementals of art on my free time.

I worked 4 jobs over the course of a few years (2014-2023) but all of them have not gone well for varying reasons. Illness I wasn't expecting, mental breakdowns... you get the gist. It's been a struggle to maintain loving art while working jobs that mentally drained me. Eventually I found new interests and was able to get back into drawing because of them, doing commissions on the side in order to play some games on the side. At 26 I quit my last job, and have been working on art since, in hopes of becoming a better artist and supporting myself on it. I'm not the greatest, but I love art and doing art for other people brings me a lot of joy. I do hope you'll consider commissioning me and helping me achieve my dream!
